2. Scope of application

These General terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded through the Website gps-practice.com between the provider and the customer will be completed.

3. Object of the contract,
The seller sells digital content in the Form of PDF documents, and stream Videos to the ISO GPS dimension.

4. Use license
The purchased content may not be used by the buyer commercially, but not further or reproduced, and given. The use is exclusively for the registered buyer.

5. The conclusion of the contract

(1) The purchase contract is by the order of the customer and acceptance by the provider.
(2) An order is only possible for registered users, since the PDFs are watermarked.
(3) The customer receives, after the receipt of payment, an invoice with VAT and immediate access to the purchased content.
(4) The shipment of the access links is carried out immediately after the conclusion of the sale via E-Mail.

6. Payment terms

(1) payment shall be made via the payment service provider Stripe. Supported payment methods PayPal, credit card and Transfer.
(2) All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

7. The Right Of Withdrawal

In Accordance With § 356 Abs. 5 BGB extinguishes the right of withdrawal for digital content, as soon as the customer agrees to the waiver of the right of withdrawal is expressly added and the content has started.

8. Liability & warranty

(1) The content has been created to the best of our Knowledge and belief, is a guarantee for its correctness, however, is not accepted.
(2) The provider is not liable for any damage that may result from the use of the content.

9. Privacy

(1) For the completion of the purchase process are the customer’s personal data to be processed. The payment processing is done through Stripe.
(2) customer data will not be used for analysis or marketing purposes but only for the settlement saved.

10. Final provisions

(1) the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
(2) if a provision of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(3) the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the provider, to the extent permitted by law.
