§ 1 Scope & Provider

(1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and contracts concluded by customers via the website gps-practice.com.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an online catalog.

(2) By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. An automated confirmation email is sent immediately upon receipt.

(3) For corporate B2B clients (Corporate Accounts & Expert Hub), contract conclusion may alternatively take place via signed corporate proposal and invoice issuance (including SAP/PO purchase order numbers).

§ 3 Scope of Services, Digital Content & 3D Print Models

  1. Digital Practical Examples: Practical case studies offered on GPS-PRACTICE.COM consist of digital educational media including high-resolution PDF Guides, interactive 3D CAD views, and explanatory video tutorials & video analyses by Marcus Grella.
  2. Physical 3D Print Models: For designated physical products or B2B bundles, the scope of delivery includes postal delivery of physical 3D print models (tactile training objects for QA & engineering teams).
  3. GPS-PRACTICE Expert Hub: The corporate B2B subscription (Quote on Request, 6 months minimum contract term) grants All-Access to all digital case studies (German & English), participation in monthly MS Teams Live Calls, AI MCP Copilot Connector access, and fulltext/transcript search.

§ 4 Prices & Payment Terms

(1) Prices are stated as final prices. Applicable statutory VAT is displayed.

(2) Available payment methods include credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, and invoice for approved corporate clients.

(3) Corporate B2B customers may purchase on Invoice with SAP / PO purchase order reference upon commercial verification.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content & Goods

(1) Digital Content: The right of withdrawal for digital content (PDF downloads, video courses) expires once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.

(2) Physical Goods (3D Print Models): Consumers retain a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for delivered physical 3D models, excluding custom tailored parts.

§ 6 Liability & Disclaimer

(1) Provided content and tolerancing case studies serve educational purposes for applying ISO GPS standards (ISO 8015 / ISO 14405-1).

(2) No warranty is given for individual drawing liability. Final drafting liability and manufacturing release remain strictly with the drafting engineer.

§ 7 Final Provisions

(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(2) Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of remaining provisions remains unaffected.
